The beauty and allure of our cabins is the seclusion.  Here you can sit on the porch and and see only woodlands and meadows.  We are your nearest neighbor and our house is a quarter of a mile away so your escape is complete with all of the privacy.  Here is your home away from home at this beautiful Catskills cabin rental with no one else for a neighbor, just nature. 

Cripple Creek Cabin is a very private and cozy modern log house that sleeps six with three bedrooms, a full-sized bathroom complete with a tub and shower. The  Upstate NY Log Cabin Rental is fully furnished from the firewood right down to the linens! The main floor of the cabin has a wonderful AIR CONDITIONER.  There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience in the basement. For those lazy days, an exquisite wrap-around porch awaits you ~ so pull up a chair and admire the great outdoors. For the explorer in all of us, Cripple Creek Cabin is conveniently located close to the New Jersey-New York Longpath Trail for hiking and for those of you who would like to bring your snowmobile, NYS Snowmobile trail S71 crosses the lawn of the cabin. We also have many NYS State parks close by and Thacher Park with Thompson Lake for swimming and kayaking only 20 minutes away and Minekill state park is just 25 minutes.  The Upstate New York Log Cabin Rental is available year-round, a perfect escape for anyone! Our Rates are only $224 per night (including tax) with a two night minimum stay ~ three nights minimum stay on a holiday weekend and only $1310 (including tax) for the entire week.  We now accept all major credit cards.

Area Information

Our romantic Upstate New York cabins offer the best of both can be totally isolated from the 'outside world's' hustle & bustle or you can get totally involved if you choose. There are music festivals; old time band concerts every Friday night on the lawn of our High School; Glimmerglass Opera in Cooperstown; down home country fairs; farm roadside markets; great apple orchards; quaint shops and a wealth of other avenues to explore.


Our village was settled in 1712 and offers abundant history of the Revolution of our great nation. This year marks our Town of Middleburgh's 300th anniversary!!  On the northern edge of the Catskill Mountains in New York's Leatherstocking Region, we are only two and a half hours from New York City, forty-five minutes from Albany, an hour from Cooperstown and just a short drive from many attractions to interest all visitors.
